Scope of Work:

Section B: remove existing metal flashings and roof assembly down to the existing lightweight concrete deck, install new mechanically fastened poly-iso insulation, new coverboard, new 2-ply with granule surface SBS modified roof system, and associated items.
Sections T, X-1, X-3: remove existing roof system down to wood deck, remove wood fascia boards, install self-adhered SBS base sheet and SBS mineral-granule capsheet, install new painted fascia boards and perimeter fascia metal.

Sealed bids for the Roof Replacement of Sections B, T, X-1 and X-3 at Robert McQueen High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on February 10, 2025. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).
